Terms of service
Effective 13 September 2026
Short version: play fairly, don't abuse the leaderboards, and we provide the game as it is.
The game
Astro Clash is provided by Axionic. By playing on the web or in the mobile apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Astro Clash for your own entertainment. The game, its artwork, music, code and name are owned by Axionic or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the game except where the law allows.
Leaderboards and fair play
Leaderboard entries are verified by replaying the moves you submitted. Submitting modified game code, fabricated move logs, automated play, or anything else intended to produce a score you did not earn by playing is prohibited. We may remove entries, block a device from the leaderboards, or take other action at our discretion. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information; we may change or remove names that break this rule.
Purchases
Purchases in the mobile apps are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms, and are handled by them, including refunds. The remove-ads purchase applies to the device and store account it was made with; use the restore option to reinstate it on a new device.
Advertising
The game may show advertising, including our own promotions. Watching a rewarded ad grants the in-game benefit described at the time. We do not control the content of third-party ads.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue the game, any mode, or the leaderboards at any time. Daily and weekly challenges reset on a schedule we may adjust. We are not obliged to keep any score, record or feature available.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axionic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or scores, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the place where you live.
